Orders for hydration bottles, flavor cartridges, starter kits, accessories, and bundles are normally processed in approximately 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated carrier delivery or transit is 3–5 business days. These estimates are not guarantees.
Any free-shipping eligibility is shown at checkout. Customers must supply an accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number. Tracking updates are provided when available.
For an unusual delay, apparent loss, delivered-but-missing scan, or damaged parcel, contact support with the order number and checkout email. Tracking details, photographs, or video may be needed. Carrier investigations, destination limits, and product restrictions can affect service.
